Description: macOS-style application-memory pressure dialog for Deepin
 Uses Fedora's systemd-oomd PSI and swap policy to open a DTK force-quit
 dialog before the kernel OOM killer acts. Applications are grouped by DDE
 app cgroup, including terminal jobs. The dialog can freeze, resume, or kill
 a selected application cgroup, and closing it resumes every frozen group.
